Reservation Policy

• In order to confirm your reservation a deposit of 1 night is required.
• In case you choose to pay by depositing money in a bank account, your reservation will be in abeyance for 3 working days. If you do not make the deposit, the reservation is cancelled.
• We will finally confirm your reservation with a new email.

Cancellation Policy

In case you inform us about the cancellation up to 20 days before the arrival date, the prepaid amount is refunded. Otherwise, it is retained. Define the desirable period of time on the calendar, and afterwards define the rooms and the number of the people.
